The Mackeller Centre

This landmark is located in Gunnedah, north-west New South Wales, and can be found in South Street (Anzac Park). The centre offers an opportunity to take poetry lovers from far and wide on a journey into this “wordy” world. Experience the poetry of Dorothea Mackellar in the town that has inspired some of her works.

Gunnedah Water Tower Museum

The Water Tower Museum is located in Anzac Park on South Street and is housed in an old water tower reservoir. The museum has a large display of memorabilia, artefacts, and archives with four floors and an observation deck.
